These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal name of the business operating Yes, V, and its country/state of registration]. By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Billing Terms and the Community & Safety Standards.
You must be 18 or older. Age is self-declared. One account per person.
Yes, V offers reflective, AI-assisted guidance for thinking about real-life situations with other people. It is uncertain by design. It does not know what anyone else thinks or feels, and it does not guarantee any outcome.
Yes, V is not therapy, medical, legal or crisis support. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services.
You agree not to use Yes, V to harass, stalk, deceive, pressure or track anyone, to keep pursuing someone who has declined, to impersonate anyone, to upload images you do not have the right to share or that show anyone other than you, or to involve anyone under 18.
Joining Connections is optional. You choose what to share and can pause or leave at any time. You can block and report members. Other members see your photos only with your permission. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, including sending it to AI providers to create your insights.
Paid access, renewals, cancellation and refunds are covered by the Billing Terms and Refund Policy.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. [Founder decision: refund treatment when we close an account for a violation.]
We work to keep Yes, V available, but it may sometimes be interrupted. Features and usage limits may change. We will tell members about significant changes in advance.
[Needs legal drafting for the countries you serve: disclaimers, limits of liability, and the consumer rights that cannot be excluded.]
[Founder decision: governing law, courts or arbitration, and how this applies to consumers outside that jurisdiction.]
